I am a fully qualified Existential and Integrative Psychotherapist who is currently
practising online.

After studying an MA in Philosophy at Sussex University, I completed my counselling / psychotherapy training at Regent’s University. I gained an Integrative Psychotherapy Post Graduate Diploma and an Advanced Diploma in Existential Psychotherapy.

Apart from my private work, I have extensive experience working as a psychotherapist/ counsellor in charities and the NHS. Since 2010, I worked in the Samaritans, Highbury Counselling Center in Islington and NHS IAPT counselling service in Newham. I also worked with clients at Claremont Psychotherapy Service in Angel, North London.

I am a member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) and the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). I abide by the BACP and UKCP Ethical Framework.

I offer sessions in English/ Japanese.
