About Therapy

I provide 50 minute weekly counselling sessions online using Zoom. I try to make this space as safe as possible for you so that you can talk about what you have been going through and allow some space and time for your feelings to emerge naturally.

I am here to listen to you. I do not make any judgments or label you. I hope we can work together to have a better understanding of your current situation.

I believe counselling and psychotherapy become really valuable when we are able to trust our relationship. This means we can appreciate each other’s existence as “unique”. Everyone is so different in who they are and what they believe in.

I value and respect the autonomy and diversity of each client and hopefully, we can start a meaningful discussion to explore and discover the meaning of challenges which life presents us with.
